Conclusiones
- In summary, we have described the clinical manifestations, response to therapy, outcome and morphological/histological features of a rare form of haemopoietic neoplasm designated NK-cell leukaemia.
- The use of novel therapeutical approaches may result in improved survival in these patients who so far have proven to be refractory to most chemotherapies.
